當你在預留表格留下資料時，公開網站只會收集以下項目：姓名、電郵、出生年月日、出生時間、出生地點、所在地、性別，以及你選填的補充說明。 When you complete the reservation form, this website collects only: your name, email, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, location, gender, and any optional note you choose to add.

這些資料用於：處理你的預留、準備初步命盤、在你同意下作配對前的篩選，以及就緣定服務與你聯絡。 This information is used to: handle your reservation, prepare an initial chart, carry out matching screening with your consent, and communicate with you about the Fatefully service.

身份證明文件、付款資料、完整命盤報告，以及受保護流程中的記錄，都不會在這個公開網站處理。這些只會在你獲邀進入受保護流程、並經明確同意後才進行。 Identity documents, payment details, full chart reports, and any protected-flow records are never handled on this public website. These happen only after you are invited into the protected flow, with your explicit consent.

除非你要求刪除，或另有適用的政策，公開網站收集的預留資料一般會保留最多 24 個月，其後會被刪除或匿名化。 Unless you request deletion, or another applicable policy applies, reservation details collected on the public website are generally kept for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
